Preparation time:  35-45 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can whole kernel cord, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 8.5oz Jiffy Cornbread muffin mix
  • Shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
  3. remove from oven and top with shredded Swiss cheese and bake until the cheese is melted

Tip: Baked uncovered. Baking time may vary, check that a toothpick in center.
