Preparation time: 35-45 min.
- 1 can whole kernel cord, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 8.5oz Jiffy Cornbread muffin mix
- Shredded Swiss cheese
- Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
- remove from oven and top with shredded Swiss cheese and bake until the cheese is melted
Tip: Baked uncovered. Baking time may vary, check that a toothpick in center.
