Preparation time: 3 hours (Crock pot)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cups margarine
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

  1. Cook elbow macaroni as directed on packaging and add drained noodles to crock pot
  2. add margarine and shredded cheese and combine
  3. add evaporated milk,  mike and eggs and combine
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. cook for 3 hours on low setting
