Preparation Time: 30-40 min
- 1 lb. hot ground Italian sausage
- 1 or 2 14 oz. can diced tomatoes (depending on how thick you like it)
- 8 0z. Velveeta cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown sausage in a skillet over high heat and drain.
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- Drain tomatoes.
- Mix together all ingredients in a microwavable bowl
- Cover bowl and microwave until cheese is melted
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
