Preparation Time: 30-40 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hot ground Italian sausage
  • 1 or 2 14 oz. can diced tomatoes (depending on how thick you like it)
  • 8 0z. Velveeta cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet over high heat and drain.
  3. Cut cheese into cubes.
  4. Drain tomatoes.
  5. Mix together all ingredients in a microwavable bowl
  6. Cover bowl and microwave until cheese is melted
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
